4 Most frequently asked questions for InitiallyJewelry

1. Will the color of the jewelry fade / turn green/brown quickly? 

No! Our jewelry is of excellent quality. Although it is not real gold and silver.... You can still sleep, shower and exercise with your jewelry! We are most definitely proud of that!

2. How soon will my package be delivered?

Your order will be forwarded and shipped by our partner within 1 to 3 working days. After this, depending on the country it has to be shipped to, it can take 2 to 4 weeks (in most cases not longer than 3 weeks) before your initials jewelry is in your mailbox.

Do you want to know where your package is? Track your package using this page by filling in your order number and email-address OR ask us using the contact form on our contact page (or mail us: info@initiallyjewelry.com) and we will let you know, within 24 hours, where your "carrier pigeon is flying" :)

3. How long will it take for my return to be processed?

As soon as we have received your return, we will send you an email. After that it may take up to 14 days to process your return. We will send you an email when the return has been processed.

4. I have received a broken item, what should I do?

We understand your frustrations about having received a broken (or wrong) item! In that case, please contact our customer service by sending an email (using our contactform or directly to info@initiallyjewelry.com). Please state your order number & take a photo of the broken item. That way we can assist as quickly as possible!
